Things to Know (Before Commissioning!)
My turnaround time is anywhere between one day to two weeks depending on my que. My trello will be updated frequently for your commission, so check back every few days!
A clear and easy to read DIGITAL reference sheet OR image is required in order to commission me. I will not go off of a text description.
NSFW work is only able to be purchased by those 18 and up!WIPS (Work in Progress) will be given during the entire commission process. One after a sketch and one will be given either during lining, or once i've put flats down. Once you approve the flats, drastic linework changes cannot be made. After you have approved the entire thing, additional changes cannot be made.

Prices
The prices of my commissions are subject to change at any time for any reason, so before commissioning me, please refresh yourself with my prices page.
Complicated characters are not usually an upcharge since I enjoy the challenge, however if I feel as though your commission will take longer due to your characters complexity, price will be increased. Some examples of an increase in price due to complexity is: Mecha, Very complicated designs (neon, multiple overlapping patterns, heavy gradients, etc.), and multiple sets of eyes or horns to name a few.

Payment
Payments are made through Paypal or Square ONLY. If paying with Paypal, please do not put a shipping address as this tends to "hold" payments for longer than when I finish the piece even though it is a digital order.
Payment is preferred upfront, but 50% before sketch and 50% after is also accepted. PLEASE NOTE that the full sketch will NOT be sent until the other 50% is sent. Full payment upfront is required on commissions under $10.
I no longer take mixed payments, or payments that include gift cards, DA points or other currencies besides direct USD unless there is a special opening.

Refunds
Refunds are only available if the commission is less than 50% complete. The "refund period" ends when you approve the commission's sketch. Once approved, refunds cannot be made.
Refunds may also be issued by me under certain circumstances such as my inability to complete a piece in a reasonable amount of time.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to fully process.
If at any point there is a chargeback from you during a commission without discussion, I will completely pull the commission and your rights to it and put you on my blacklist. You will no longer be able to commission me, or use the commissioned piece anywhere.

Commercial Rights
You are free to post the commission to any website, but you must credit me. You are not allowed to profit off the commission you purchased. This includes stickers and merch. You are free to use your commission for PERSONAL stickers and merch. Please tell me if you do, i'd love to see it!

NSFW Artwork
NSFW work may only be purchased by those 18 and up. I will not create NSFW artwork of any kind to minors, or create such artwork of minors.
Even I have limits. Extreme nsfw topics will not be allowed to commission.

AI Art & NFTs
Under no circumstances will you upload my art to ANY AI or NFT website. I will never participate in the purchase or selling of any AI or NFT art onesoever.

From Description or Heavy References: $20Added "Ref Sheet": +$10Moodboard provided by commissioner. Artistic liberty is at the discretion of myself, very minimal ideas can be given! Custom characters are cleanly sketched with flats unless discussed otherwise.
